Apparel Return Policy

We’re happy to accept a return for store credit or an exchange within 10 days of Purchase and the item must ne unworn, unwashed, and has its original tags still attached, (no exceptions).

⚠️ ALL SALE items are final sale. No exceptions.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email us at info.grisaillecottage@gmail.com with the following information:

1) Your order number

2) The reason for your return

3) We’ll reply with a Return Authorization (RA) Number which you will enclose in your return package.

4) Mail your return with US Postal Service with a Tracking Number to: Grisaille Cottage Returns, 13859 S 200th East Ave. Broken Arrow OK 74014

5) Once we see confirmation from USPS that your package is in transit, you'll receive an email confirming the return in-store credit was applied to your account and is ready to use!
