    Shipping Policy
    Online orders are normally packaged within 24 business hours.  Please expect 7-10 business days from the date of purchase for carrier delivery.  Shipped orders will have a tracking number (US only) provided via email. International orders will be sent via the most expeditious carrier with a document location number for customs but not a tracking number.

    NOTE: Once a package is issued a tracking number and in the hands of USPS or UPS, our store unfortunately, at that point, no longer has any control over the package, It is in their Hands.  We are not responsible for any USPS/UPS received damaged, lost, or stolen packages, nor are we responsible for incorrect addresses.  We ship to the address provided at checkout.  If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we are happy to resend it to you, but may charge the additional shipping fee.  Shipping fees are non-refundable.  If your package is not received you must contact your local USPS or UPS center directly.

    Orders that include Paint: If you live in an area with below freezing temperatures, make sure you are tracking your packages and bringing them inside promptly. We will not replace paint or liquid items for freezing. We DO NOT Ship Paint Internationally

    ***LOCAL PICK UPS*** 
    Orders purchased online for in-store pick-up before 3 pm will 'normally' will be ready for pick-up by the end of the next business day.  PLEASE DO NOT COME IN UNTIL You receive an email that your order is ready for pick-up. 

    ***INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING*** International shipping orders are shipped usually within 48 business hours and can take anywhere from to 2 to 10 weeks with a possible customs delays. Any import fees not charged by us will have to be paid for by the customer. Paint Products are NOT Shipped internationally. Paint Products CAN NOT be shipped Internationally.
