             Layaway Policy

            Layaway is a great way to hold that special item. Please note that Items do remain available on our website for advertisement until final payment and item is picked up as required, however will not be sold while on layaway 

            Minimum purchase amount must be more than $300 to be eligible for layaway.  Items sold as a set will be treated as a single layaway.

            Layaway requires a 30% non-refundable deposit to begin your layaway. First payment is due within 30 days and Final payment is due within 45 days. Pick up or pick up arrangements must be made by the 55th day (10 days after final payment).  after the 55th day.

            Your Layaway Receipt(s) MUST be presented at time of payment(s) and for Final Pickup

            Item(s) left will become the property of Grisaille Cottage LLC and with Deposit and any payments on the layaway being forfeited.

            **Deposits and all payments on items placed on Layaway are non-refundable / no exceptions. All Sales are Final


            Saving the Good Ol' Things

            Grisaille Cottage features previously loved pieces, but don't let those wrinkles and scars fool you, they're all feisty and ready for a new family!  All items range from vintage, to aged pre-loved pieces in good condition that will typically have cosmetic imperfections such as light nicks and chips, and scrapes, as well as signs of character and tales of life and history. All of these contribute to the appeal of the furniture and the redesign aesthetic. If you want an item to look like it just came out of the factory, a vintage piece may not be the right fit for you.  You can also expect some signs of hand-painting through the occasional brush stroke, and through the artist's personal technique, which may include layering and overlapping of colors, applied patina, and sometimes light distressing. Buyer to verify all details. All staging accessories not included.
