The Pentart Fineline Crackle Varnish Set is a water-based, a two-component crackle varnish that creates fineline cracks similar to old porcelain. The layer dries transparent but is not waterproof. Pentart varnishes work well with mixed media projects, including decoupage, scrapbooking, and cardmaking. You can pair it with other paints, glues, crackles, or metallic effects for a unique look.

How To Use:

• Apply Component 1 in an even layer and let dry completely
• Spread Component 2
• Highlight the cracks with an Antique Paste or Liquid Patina
• Seal your project with a solvent-based varnish to prevent further cracking
