How to Start a Return or Exchange
Email us at info.grisaillecottage@gmail.comĀ with the following information:
1) Your order number
2) The reason for your return
3) Weāll reply with aĀ Return Authorization (RA) Number which you will enclose in your return package.
4) Mail your return with US Postal Service with a Tracking Number to: Grisaille Cottage Returns, 13859 S 200th East Ave. Broken Arrow OK 74014
5) Once we see confirmation from USPS that your package is in transit, you'll receive an email confirming the return in-store credit was applied to your account and is ready to use!
