RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We hope you are happy with your purchase! However, we understand that not every item will fit, and returns are sometimes necessary. Should you need to return anything, we are here to make the process as easy as possible.

โ€ข We accept returns on full-priced items only. All discounted items are considered FINAL sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
โ€ข All returns are for exchange or store credit only. No funds will be refunded under any circumstances. By engaging in any transaction with Grisaille Cottage, you agree to this Returns and Exchange Policy.
Return Conditions:
โ€ข Timeframe: Items must be returned within 10 days of receiving your order.
โ€ข Condition: Items must be in excellent, unworn condition with all original tags still attached.
โ€ข Packaging: The customer is responsible for shipping the return back.ย  Please repack your return in the original packaging to protect it from potential weather or handling issues.

    Your store credit will match the price on the tag, minus your original shipping charge.ย  Your store credit is valid for 1 year only.
    We are a small business, and every purchase goes towards purchasing new inventory. One year gives you four seasons of fabulous new items to choose from! Our ladies usually donโ€™t mind and often find something they like even better the second time around.
    How to Use Your Store Credit:
    We want to make things as easy as possible in store and in the world of online shopping!ย ย When a store credit is issued to you, it will come in the form of a discount code. KEEP THIS CODE until you use your store credit. Any balance will remain on that code.
    SHIPPING TIMES
    Please allow 2-4 up to 7 days for us to ship out your order. There are lots of variables to consider, depending on our storefront traffic. Some days we can accept, print out, pull items, pack, inspect, and take them to UPS all within a dayโ€™s work. If you need it pronto, let me know in the notesโ€”I will do my best to help in any way I can.
