✨ Meet Eileen ✨
Named for the Greek word meaning “torch,” Eileen has always believed she was meant to light up a room—and darling, she does! Once a proper vintage China hutch, she’s traded her quiet little life for a glamorous new chapter in her lightly distressed, deep mustard finery. A little French, a little English cottage, and just the right amount of sass, Eileen is the kind of lady who arrives at a party and immediately starts rearranging the china. She’s charming, beautifully aged, and completely convinced she deserves the best room in the house. And honestly… we agree. 💛✨

This one of a kind pre-loved, hand-painted piece appx measures 44" Wide x 17" Deep x 64in" Tall and features 2 sturdy shelves 12"deep.

Grisaille Cottage features previously loved pieces, but don't let those wrinkles and scars fool you, they're all feisty and ready for a new family!  All items range from vintage, to aged pre-loved pieces in good condition that will typically have cosmetic imperfections such as light nicks and chips, and small scrapes, as well as signs of character and tales of life and history, which we love! All of these contribute to the appeal of the furniture and the redesign aesthetic. If you want an item to look like it just came out of the factory, a vintage piece may not be the right fit for you.  We never spray our pieces, therefore you may see some signs of hand-painting through the occasional brush stroke and through the artist's personal technique, which may include layering and overlapping of colors, applied patina, and sometimes light distressing. Each hand-painted price is a one-of a kind and a true statement piece.
