Local Delivery is Door to Door. Our insurance does not allow us to go inside a home. On occasion  the boys may be able to slip your delivery into your garage.

The Hand-Off & Delivery Part
I put so much love into painting your furniture, and I want it to arrive safely! Because the delivery of your furniture is a courtesy and for your convenience, and we take every precaution that journey is completely out of my hands once it leaves my studio. Since I can’t control anything unforeseen during the trip, Grisaille Cottage cannot be responsible for any bumps, scratches, or damage that might happen along the way. This means I won't be able to cover repairs, refunds, or replacements for shipping mishaps, however I do include a Touch up kit with my pieces as even after delivery... life happens! 

When Choosing Delivery, if the mileage is different that the miles chosen an adjustment will be made prior to delivery. If an amount is  due. delivery will not be made until balance it paid. In the event mileage is sorter I will promptly refund the difference to the original form of payment.
