We’re always looking for amazing vendors who create quality and unique Handmade / Homemade / Handcrafted products and an eye for amazing vintage decor and accessories, with the ability to create a beautiful eye catching display.  We strive to create a successful, unique, beautiful and elevated vintage shopping experience for our customers 

Prior to completing the application, we highly encourage you to review our Sample Vendor Contract & Info where you will be able to review our policies, booth rent, and all additional FAQ's.

 Monthly Space Fees (all sizes may not be available at time of your application):

  • 4 x 4                 -  $ 80 / month    (Current Waiting List)
  • 4ft Wide Wall   -  $ 75 / month    (Current Waiting List)
  • 4 x 8                 -  $179 / month            
  • 10 x 5               -  $275 /month
  • 10 x 10             -  $398 /month         

 Commission Fee 8% on Gross Sales, with Rental Term of 1 year

Grisaille Cottage provide Sales Transparency with real-time online access for reporting of sales and inventory tracking through our Vendor Market Portal. This portal also allows our vendors to enter their own products, quantities, any dimensions, description, photos, price etc.. and remove your products when re-setting your space, easily Set up Sale Prices, etc...

When available we offer both open floor space vignettes with no walls, and a few walled booth spaces. Our vendors are well-curated and hand-selected to adhere with our esthetics and over all style, making our store unique to other vendor accepted stores and we try not to duplicate or accept similar products.
