The Premium Plus 2-in-1 Primer is designed to stick to surfaces without the need to degloss or sand and also protects lighter colored paints from wood tannins and bleed through. A second coat can be applied in one (1) hour if needed. Use Premium Plus 2-in-1 Primer on wood, existing painted surfaces, tile, fiberglass, PVC, glass, plastic, vinyl, concrete, masonry surfaces, galvanized metal surfaces and melamine laminates. Once dry, it creates an extremely hard film.
